I'm feeling good about myself since this week I've been called a "badass chick" and nominated to front an all-girl punk rock garage band. Therefore I will willingly share embarrassing photographic evidence of my new workout routine. Ice Chamber and trainer Jessica rock!
And now I burst into tears and throw up! Not really, it just feels like it and I love every moment. Hooray!!
